Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer outreach, negotiations, sample seeding, and posting guidelines.
• Handle social media community management, including replying to comments and addressing customer DMs.

• Assist in organizing marketing schedules, content assets, and daily operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar digital marketing role.

• Proven background in influencer marketing, creator outreach, and social media community management.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and standard marketing workflows.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management/communication tools.

• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Success in the First 30 Days

• Successfully onboard and get familiar with the brand’s voice, guidelines, and target audience.
• Set up or streamline the influencer outreach workflow and tracking system for ongoing campaigns.
• Initiate outreach to potential content creators and establish initial communications/partnerships.
• Efficiently manage daily social media interactions and customer support inquiries with quick response times.
• Work independently with clear daily communication and consistent status updates to the team.
